The tourism industry offers a wide range of career prospects. New technologies, changing travel patterns and new mobility concepts are constantly creating new areas of work.

In the Faculty of Tourism and Transport, you will acquire business, language and intercultural skills. The range of courses on offer includes both general and specialised programmes, allowing you to choose the course that best suits your interests and goals.

The Faculty has been one of Germany’s established providers of tourism degree programmes for more than 40 years. The programme combines academic foundations with practical relevance and a wide range of foreign languages.

Accreditation

The degree programmes offered by the Faculty of Tourism and Transport have been internally accredited or re-accredited. They therefore meet the quality standards set by the Accreditation Council. During the accreditation process, an independent body assesses whether a degree programme meets specific quality requirements. In the case of re-accreditation, this assessment is repeated after a number of years.
