Moodle and courses
You will soon be able to enrol on your modules in Moodle using your university login. You will receive access to Moodle from Student Services after enrolment, either by post or email.

Freshers’ Welcome on 24 September 2026

Building B, Main Lecture Theatre
A welcome address by the Vice-President of Worms University of Applied Sciences, Prof. Dr Hans Rück, for all degree programmes.
An introduction to the key points of contact for first-year students:
- Student Services
- Computer Centre
- Library
- International Centre
- Central Student Advisory Service
Introduction to the student bodies: AStA, StuPa and subject-specific student councils. This will be followed by a session for students on the Aviation Management (B.A.), Aviation Management – dual (B.A.), Aviation Management and Piloting – dual (B.Sc.) and Air Traffic Management (B.Sc.) – dual: campus tour organised by the Tourism and Transport Student Council (meeting point in front of Building B).

Welcome for first-year students on the Tourism and Travel Management (BA), Tourism and Travel Management (BA) – dual and International Tourism Management (MA) programmes. This will be followed by a campus tour organised by the Tourism and Transport Students’ Council (meeting point in front of Building B).

A welcome to first-year students on the aviation degree programmes: Aviation Management (BA), Aviation Management – dual (BA), Aviation Management and Piloting – dual (BSc) and Air Traffic Management – dual (BSc).
Mathematics revision courses
From 14 September to 2 October 2026, the Centre for Distance Learning within the University Consortium is offering a virtual bridging course in mathematics. This e-learning course is aimed at first-year students at Worms University of Applied Sciences and is suitable for anyone who did not take an advanced mathematics course in their final years of secondary school or for whom a significant amount of time has elapsed between leaving school and starting their degree.
