Group Room Reservations

You can use the group rooms in the library for studying and working together.

Reservations

You can reserve a group room up to one week in advance:

  • by email at bibliothek@hs-worms.de
  • in person at the circulation desk
  • by phone at 06241-509440

The library will enter your reservation into the booking system.

Please come to the circulation desk at the start of your reserved time slot to pick up the key. Please have your student ID ready.

Terms of Use:

Guidelines for Using Group Rooms

  • Only university members who are registered to use the library may reserve group rooms.
  • A group room must be used by at least two people. A maximum of eight people are allowed per room.
  • You can book group room U017 in the basement only on the day of use, directly at the circulation desk.
  • If you do not arrive at the circulation desk within 15 minutes of the start of your reserved time, your reservation will be canceled.
  • Supplies for whiteboards and screens are available at the library’s circulation desk.

Amenities:

  • Whiteboard (accessories available at the circulation desk)
  • Screen, e.g., for presentations (connection accessories and remote control available at the circulation desk)
